BuyEnjoy Account & Transaction Alerts.

BuyEnjoy sends text messages about your own account and your own transactions on the platform: sign-in and verification codes, identity verification results, offer and counteroffer updates, documents ready for your review, signing and closing milestones, and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

You opt in by checking the SMS box when you create your account (the box is unchecked by default and separate from the Terms of Service) or by turning on SMS notifications in your account settings, after entering and verifying your mobile number. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your account and transaction activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.

Reply HELP to any message for help.

You will receive a reply with our support contact details.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent. To subscribe again, reply START or turn SMS notifications back on in your account settings. You can also turn SMS notifications off in your account settings at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
