Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: October 20, 2026
We want anyone to be able to buy, sell and follow their transaction on BuyEnjoy, whether or not they use assistive technology. This page explains the standard we follow, what is still missing and how to ask us for help.
Standard we follow
We design and review the site against the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. It is a working target: the site partially conforms to that level and we measure it with every release.
What we have done
- All text has a contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background, and no text is smaller than 12 px.
- The site works with a keyboard: focus is always visible and there is a link to skip to the main content.
- Forms have labels, errors are announced to screen readers and never rely on color alone.
- Checkboxes, buttons and links have a touch area large enough to use on a phone.
- The site is in Spanish and English and respects the system reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
- Some legal PDF documents produced by third parties (deeds, registry certificates) may not be tagged for screen readers.
- Identity verification is run by an outside provider and its screen is not under our control.
- Interactive maps show the location visually; the written address always appears on the listing.
- Some internal screens used by the BuyEnjoy team still have untranslated text.
If something does not work for you

If you can, tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and which browser or assistive technology you use.
